Lungo Specialty Coffee (“Lungo”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and our café at King Abdulaziz Rd, Al Montazah, Ras Tanura 32819, Saudi Arabia. We respect your privacy and handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to reply, take an order, or keep you informed:
- Contact form: name, email, optional phone number, and your message.
- Newsletter: email address.
- WhatsApp: the number and messages you send when you write to us.
- Technical: a first-visit flag stored in your browser so the launch animation does not repeat. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To answer questions, bookings, and collaboration requests.
- To send café news and offers if you subscribe. You can stop at any time by writing to us.
- To take WhatsApp orders and share order details with our team.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising.
Who sees it
Messages and subscriptions are sent to info@lungo.sa and may be stored on our hosting so we can follow up. Payment brands shown on the site (Apple Pay, mada, VISA) are accepted in the café. Online store checkout is not live yet.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to help you, then removed. Newsletter addresses stay until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to leave the newsletter list. Write to info@lungo.sa or WhatsApp +966 54 709 6666.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13. Please do not send us personal details of a child without a parent or guardian.
